This site has been created to report a very upsetting event in online purchasing.

I recently purchased some software from joomlabest.com and it did not work. I paid $100 US for it. I must add it took me many many emails to finally get my software and when I did receive it, it did not work. I found that there was a fault in the script and went back to joomlabest to ask for assistance. Not a word. No response.

I finally sent an email to them using one of my other email addresses asking for a demonstartion of the software and received an email referring me to ktools.net. I visited that site.

With no support, I emailed ktools.net and asked them if they could give me assistance as their affiliate joomlabest.com was not replying to my emails asking for support.

I received an email from ktools.net stating that they were in no way affiliated with joomlabest.com and would be taking legal action against the joomlabest.com people.

I had made the purchase using moneybookers.com and I have emailed them many times and despite being told that I should "Please rest assured that all the necessary actions have been taken against this seller." I have not had a reversal of the transaction.

joomlabest.com did not provide the script I purchased as it did not work. They also sold a pirate copy of a script that did not belong to them.

moneybookers.com are doing nothing to rectify this situation.

Where do we as consumers online stand? What recourse do we have?

joomlabest.com have not been terribly good at being the best and I intend to rectify this situation. If anyone else has been let down by joomlabest.com please contact me at nothebest@joomlabest.net
